From my city of London clinic, I can quickly identify the right treatment and help you recover faster

My patients come to me from all over the world to visit my Physio London city clinic. As a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working closely with patients at my London City Physiotherapy clinic. During my time here, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with practicing in one of the world’s largest and most dynamic cities.

I work closely with each patient, taking the time to understand their individual needs and goals, and then develop a personalised treatment plan to help them achieve the best possible outcome. I frequently collaborate with other physios, doctors, and massage therapists regularly to provide my patients with a wide range of treatments and therapies. By bringing my knowledge and experience to the city of London, I am proud to help make a positive impact in the lives of those who seek my help.

As an experienced physiotherapist city of London near Liverpool Street, I specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I treat complex and long-term injuries including sports injuries and those who have had or will undergo surgery. I believe in addressing the cause of your problems, not just the symptoms.

Everything in your body is connected, and my job is to be a highly qualified detective. I work out not just which bit of you hurts or doesn’t work the way you want it to; but why this is happening. I then work with you to begin your journey back to your best possible state.

Whether in clinic or online, I usually spend an awful lot of the initial assessment session just talking, and learning your story. This is vital, especially if you’ve had a problem or a series of problems for a long time.

One of the best strategies I’ve learned is to get you to “fill in the gaps” of the statement: “I haven’t been the same since…” Of course, it’s not fool proof, but it’s interesting how often that uncovers the real source of the problem.

Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, I will ask you to pay for the session and my team will then provide you with a receipt so that you can claim back from your insurance company – they tend to refund their policyholders quickly, whereas paying clinicians can take as long as 90 days!

We have a blog post that talks about this in more detail, click here to read it.

Since the start of the first lockdown, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy ruled that all physio should be  “virtual first”.  And although the restrictions are now lifting, I’m still offering online physiotherapy as an option.

If you choose to go virtual, we’ll begin with an online video assessment and then decide whether online physio, in-clinic physio, or a hybrid of both is best suited to your current situation. Even if a clinic visit isn’t right for you right now or if you live too far away from London for in-person treatment to be practical, I can still give you real help, treatment and support.

I am a big fan of teamwork. I’m building a continuous professional development group for physios, osteopaths, surgeons, physicians, nutritionists, personal trainers, therapists, coaches, yoga or pilates instructors and anybody whose work involves helping people live strong, healthy lives.

I believe that strong, trusting relationships between healthcare providers are vital for better patient outcomes. And I know that a constant desire to extend our knowledge and skills defines us as healthcare professionals. This group is a tool to help us mutually develop both.

If you think that online physiotherapy might be right for you, I would love to help.
