Sessions for healthcare professionals and trainers

I offer “taster” training in the two main physiotherapeutic philosophies I follow (Diane Lee’s Integrated Systems Model and Sarah Key’s Five Stages of Back Pain), and in manual treatment techniques – either 1:1 or for small groups.

These sessions are ideal for healthcare professionals, physical trainers, yoga teachers and others who deal with the mechanics of the body in their day-to-day work.

I can accommodate individuals at Victoria Avenue; if you would like to organise a small training group (up to 15 students) then I can come to you.

To enquire about training, call the team at (+44) 0207 175 0150 send us an email at online@nellmead.com with your requested topics and dates, and we’ll get back to you with more information.

Continuous professional development and networking

I’m building a CPD group for physios, osteopaths, surgeons, physicians, nutritionists, personal trainers, therapists, coaches, yoga or pilates teachers and anybody whose work involves helping people live strong, healthy lives.

I believe that strong, trusting relationships between healthcare providers are vital for better patient outcomes. And I know that a constant desire to extend our knowledge and skills defines us as healthcare professionals. This group is a tool to help us mutually develop both.

We’ll meet regularly to share insights, give presentations and mini training sessions, to talk about the challenges and triumphs of our work, and build a strong professional network while we’re at it.

Given the current circumstances, in-person events are suspended, but in the meantime we can continue to build the community. If you’d like to stay in touch and be notified when meetings and events can resume, please register your interest below. We’d love to have you.
