I’m Nell, a physiotherapist and former British Army Major. When I left the Army in 2010, I set up multidisciplinary injury treatment clinic Victory Health & Performance, in Liverpool Street, central London. The concept was to bring the values and standards of treatment that I’d experienced during my time in the military, including tours of Iraq and Cyprus as well as at the world-famous centre of excellence that was Headley Court, to the civilian sector.

I remain incredibly proud of what we achieved with Victory, helping over 2000 patients get better, with a combination of physiotherapy, psychology, sports therapy, balance therapy, sports massage, yoga and Pilates*.

However, in October 2019, I decided to focus purely on my own patients and their challenges – so welcome to nellmead.com! Come on in and have a look around.
