Most of the work I do is based around musculoskeletal physiotherapy principles, but with a twist. You may have tried physio before, but I’m pretty sure that when you come to see me, you’ll notice the difference.
The main difference between my style of MSK physio and others’ is that where they often focus purely on working out which specific tissue is painful, I spend the majority of the time analysing your whole body to work out why you have the problem, as that gives me the best chance of helping you to make a full and long-term recovery.

I am an expert in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in London and I have been extremely successful in resolving my clients MSK and sports injury issues. I have a full-service injury clinic based near Liverpool Street, London and using my wide range of skills I will cover every part of your journey to recovery. Full assessment and treatment plans, tailored rehabilitation and hands-on sports physiotherapy are provided as standard.
Follow-up sessions if required are usually an hour – it’s important to me to be very thorough, as I want to be the last physiotherapist you need.
The musculoskeletal system essentially provides form, support, stability, and movement to the body. It is made up of the bones of the skeleton, muscles, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, joints, and other connective tissue that supports and binds tissues and organs together. It does not specifically include the nervous system or the visceral system, although both are important to musculoskeletal function and I treat those too.
Many of my patients have seen several other therapists and doctors before they find me, and find the difference they were looking for (more than one patient has remarked that they wished they’d met me “£10,000 ago!”) There are lots of other excellent doctors and therapists out there, and I love to collaborate with them where it’s appropriate; but my role within most ad-hoc therapy teams is always that of MSK physio.
